ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE Hudson is currently URGENTLY sourcing for candidates to join and support a team within this leading Government Department to deliver procurement related activities effectively and in a timely manner. Commencing ASAP at the AO4, AO5 and AO6 levels, these contracts are until approximately June 2020 with strong possibility of further extensions. We are looking for candidates with a range of experience in Government Procurement Positions who are Available Immediately Does this sound like you? APPLY NOW with an updated CV because we need to hear from you ASAP You will have a range of duties and responsibilities, including: Work closely with procurement team members to complete supporting documentation, including requests for quotes, evaluations and other related documentation; Looking after contracts end to end Giving internal and external procurement advice Implement improved document management solutions for effective record keeping; Fulfil contract administration duties, including contract disclosure in line with government policy, obtaining current certificates of insurance and contract performance reporting; Contribute to improving the perception and output of the Procurement Unit through increased customer focus and development of meaningful executive reporting Coordinate the effective allocation of emails to the appropriate areas and support the management of a procurement help-desk function, including responding to emails and phone calls; ABOUT YOU We are after candidates with strong demonstrated experience within a Government/healthcare procurement position NEXT STEPS If you are eager to commence this contract and fit into the specified requirements above, APPLY NOW because this role will not be available for long!
