Your new role
Due to strong local market conditions, combined with growth and movement within their core operations they are now seeking to introduce a new Production Manager into the business. As a key operative within both the manufacturing and production life cycle we’re seeking a driven professional to continue the implementation of best practises and have a major emphasis of continuous improvement strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
For your application to be successful it is essential that you possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills with an added emphasis on your management and leadership qualities. It’s vital that you have a history of people management within a fabrication environment and are comfortable liaising with influential business stakeholders across multiple sectors. A proven and measurable background in developing and implementing core manufacturing principles will elevate and priorities your application as will your creative thinking, ability to influence change and your capacity to bring out the best in your team.
