We are the global centralised function for all areas of the Group’s Expenditure and responsible for all activities across the supplier lifecycle. As a Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end procurement lifecycle for your stakeholders Software and Infrastructure services and platforms at CBA. On any given week you will Project manage and direct the creation, implementation and delivery of an end-to-end Infrastructure procurement category strategy Deliver on agreed targets and objectives through the implementation of strategic or tactical procurement strategies/plans Critically analyse data and analytics to build business models that provide an understanding of realities and prediction of future state and the corresponding data driven recommendations. Develop effective performance management strategies across all sub-categories and major suppliers in line with the Supplier Governance Framework and in collaboration with the key business owners Interact directly with and influence the Enterprise Services stakeholders and business leaders to develop, manage and execute IT procurement strategy aligned to their IT and business strategy Advocate compliance to Bank-wide and Procurement processes and technology Seeks out feedback and incorporates lessons into future behaviours Your path looks like Min 3 years of professional experience in Technology Procurement Management Understanding of leading practice procurement technology. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, as one team. Ability to manage and influence stakeholders and work collaboratively with customers and suppliers. Comprehensive understanding of risk and risk processes.
