As a Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end procurement lifecycle for your stakeholders Software and Infrastructure services and platforms at CBA. On any given week you will Project manage and direct the creation, implementation and delivery of an end-to-end Infrastructure procurement category strategy Deliver on agreed targets and objectives through the implementation of strategic or tactical procurement strategies/plans Critically analyse data and analytics to build business models that provide an understanding of realities and prediction of future state and the corresponding data driven recommendations. Develop effective performance management strategies across all sub-categories and major suppliers in line with the Supplier Governance Framework and in collaboration with the key business owners Interact directly with and influence the Enterprise Services stakeholders and business leaders to develop, manage and execute IT procurement strategy aligned to their IT and business strategy Advocate compliance to Bank-wide and Procurement processes and technology Seeks out feedback and incorporates lessons into future behaviours Your path looks like Min 3 years of professional experience in Technology Procurement Management Understanding of leading practice procurement technology. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, as one team. Ability to manage and influence stakeholders and work collaboratively with customers and suppliers. Comprehensive understanding of risk and risk processes. See yourself in our team Enterprise Procurement & Partnerships is a business unit of Enterprise Services. Enterprise Procurement & Partnerships is the centralised procurement function for all areas of the Group’s expenditure. Procurement solutions provide specialist commercial business support utilising market insights, strategy development, market engagement, and the supplier management process. The Corporate Services Category Manager is responsible for supporting and managing procurement activities across a designated portfolio, including operational support and sourcing activities. On any given week you will Identify, develop, and manage strategic business relationships to enable delivery against the Corporate Vision and strategic priorities on customer service, technology & operational excellence, trust & team spirit, profitable growth and banking services (as appropriate). Support the total commercial management of a portfolio of categories and strategic suppliers to support associated business priorities and strategic initiatives. Involved in sourcing strategies and activities within the nominated Portfolio. Assist with the development and use of commercial and quantitative data to manage category performance. Contribute to the management of all procurement intelligence, from relevant sources including corporate expenditure, supplier information and analysis, and associated industry data. Ensure category strategies and activities align with CBA’s Supplier Governance Framework and Contract Management Minimum Standards (CMMS). Your path looks like Senior experience in Procurement or Delivery roles. Corporate Services category experience highly desirable, however not essential. Demonstrated experience of relevant procurement process disciplines across the procurement lifecycle. Interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well in a team environment, and adhere to the highest ethical standards. High degree of problem solving and decision-making ability.
