In this role Responsible for delivering and supporting supply plans for all ANZP production and co-pack facilities, covering agreed planning horizons. Responsible for supply plans covering weeks 5-20 and ensuring that these plans are aligned to the latest supply and ops/manufacturing intelligence and capability, and reflective of the most up to date demand, supply and operational requirements. Key outputs are supply plans which optimise packaging and inventory plans in order to minimise supply chain costs and optimise customer service To support and manage as required the weekly exceptions review process, weekly supply planning routines and the monthly long term S&OP supply review process Key accountabilities include Supply Planning On a weekly basis, to own, issue and execute ANZP supply plans for all ANZP production and co-pack facilities generating: Production requirements for the agreed planning horizon; visible to all key stakeholders, functions and processes The handoff of firm works orders and production plans to Operations at the agreed scheduling horizon Ensuring supply plans are visible to the Operations teams on a weekly basis so that wine and materials requirements can be forecasted and planned For the Premium and Sparkling portfolio to manage supply plans in line with business and winemaking requirements related to optimum production and bottling timings; and maintain and plan ‘push’ supply and production plans where required Ensure that supply plans are balanced on a weekly basis to support and reflect the latest forward view of demand requirements and up to date supply and inventory positions and plans Ensure that supply plans are aligned to key business KPIs such as targeted customer service levels, balanced to inventory, safety stock and cash flow targets Manage bulk wine and cased goods purchase ordering for non-Australian products required to service supply, operational and demand plans Weekly and Monthly Supply Planning S&OP processes Weekly: To fully support and run the weekly exceptions review process in conjunction with the Regional Supply Manager ANZP; ensuring: Any issues and imbalances are escalated through the tactical S&OP process Supply plans are adjusted and re-balanced to reflect decisions agreed at the meeting and in conjunction with the Demand Control and Operations teams Longstocks/life issues are highlighted and escalated via portfolio/longstock process for action To ensure relevant routines, processes and meetings are in place so that supply plans are aligned to and reflect up to date operational capability (such as production hours) and any wine and dry goods constraints and requirements Monthly: To fully support the monthly ANZP supply review process, and to lead the meeting in the absence of the Regional Supply Manager ANZP To action and follow up on any relevant actions and outputs from the ANZP supply review process as required Planning Data Responsibility for ensuring that all relevant planning data is reviewed maintained and updated to maintain the integrity of the planning system on a weekly and monthly basis as require Other accountabilities include Essential knowledge and skills are Functional Strategic sourcing and category management Supplier management and development Materials management and planning Scheduling S&OP Finished goods management Supply management New product introduction Network design and management Demand forecasting management Customer channels and relationships Sales order processing supply chain finance Advanced computer literacy, especially Excel Behavioural Achievement drive Customer obsession Decision making Prioritising and planning Coaching and growing talent Team working Communication Influencing Commercial acumen Required experience is Experience of manufacturing planning, S&OP and MRP-II and ERP environments, Advanced Planning Systems and ideally JDE Ideally 3-5 years Supply Planning experience Essential qualifications are Relevant qualifications in a Planning or Supply Chain discipline Physical and other requirements This role involves: Office-based work Frequent out-of-hours calls with global colleagues Occasional travel to other Accolade Wines sites may be required Sound like your kind of drop?
