Customer Services and Supply chain officer required to join growing pharmaceutical company based in Warriewood Our client is a growing company in the pharmaceuticals industry so there is plenty of room for progression for all new joiners. They are seeking a Customer Service and Supply Chain Officer to join their innovative team. The ideal applicant will be a customer focused individual with a proven ability to deliver high level, accurate, and friendly service. About the role Responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to: Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients, both internally and externally. Become the key point of customer contact. Assisting the Planning Manager with all aspects of procurement, planning and logistics. Helping to develop new systems/processes and driving cost efficiencies across the business. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create accurate and detailed Customer Service Reports, focusing on status updates and ETAs. Sales order input, order confirmation, database development, maintenance, and filing. Responding to all ad-hoc customer enquiries within 24 hours. Ability to liaise and build relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver desired outcomes. Maintaining all aspects office administration and supplies. Skills and experience About you: Proficient in MS Office 365 – working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook is essential. Capable of adapting to new systems - we work in a predominantly Mac environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail matters to you. You must be able to work proactively and collaboratively in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Willingness to adapt and learn new ways of tackling a task. Forward thinking and success driven Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirables: Involvement in purchasing and production planning. Exposure to ERP systems and/or migration projects.
