About the Role We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner to join our MAURI business; based in Enfield in a permanent full-time capacity. This is a great role where you will be responsible for developing and managing optimal production plans at a site level and provide insight on variances as well as maintaining the short, medium and long-term forecast for production and inventory requirements collaborating closely with the Demand Planning Team. The role also involves monitoring materials purchasing, packaging inventory, monitoring usage level as well as coordinating and leading the Site Supply Review as part of the wider S&OP process. You will be involved with analyzing supply plans and collaborating with key customers to ensure a smooth end-to-end Supply Chain process. In addition, you will lead process improvements across the supply planning and inventory processes across the wider Mauri Business including network optimization opportunities This is a great business partnering role and will suit someone who enjoys working in a complex agri-business. About you The ideal candidate will enjoy leading supply planning initiatives and coordinating with production managers in handling exceptions. You will have production planning and scheduling experience within and ERP environment, analysis of volume and demand forecasting experience and is confident in your ability to Influence others; persuasively presenting thoughts and ideas and inspiring commitment and support from the business for those ideas. Degree qualifications in either Supply Chain Management or Business will be highly regarded and SAP or similar knowledge and experience is essential to the role.
