Global Co seeking organised & analytically minded person to manage inventory movements and mailroom activities. Must have exp in managing transport Our client is a very well known brand name company within their industry and due to workload are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join the team on a 3 month contract. Reporting to the Transport Manager, the primary objectives of this role are (but are not limited to): Management of in/outbound stock on a daily basis Inventory Control Internal Customer orders are accurately picked and shipped on time Maintaining relationships and commitments to the wider company contacts and ultimately the customers Daily Management of the mail-room tasks Be a proactive resource in process improvement initiatives by challenging accepted principles and focusing on adding value to the business. Additional Administrative support to the Transport Manager The successful candidate must possess; Minimum 2 years overall experience in inventory management/ transport/ logistics coordination Experience in managing transport companies Good organisational and communication skills Good planning and processing skills Sound understanding of ERP systems along with MS Office Enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to timely delivery of results Well organised and able to meet agreed deadlines. Your motivated and flexible approach with excellent logistics skills will help you over the line with this role.
