About The Role: Project manages medium and complex works contracts for Medium and Complex Contracts Contract Administration: Maintains the contract administration system and subsidiary systems to ensure a full and complete record of all contracts, including contract amendments. Provides information and advice in relation to contractor performance and the administration of contracts to ensure risks are managed and successful outcomes maximised. Assists with research into improved methods and procedures of contract administration. Assists with the preparation of contract documentation for the Branch. Evaluates requests for contract price reviews, negotiates with the contractor an agreed price variation and prepares the appropriate contract variation documentation. Do you Have? Considerable experience in contract development and contract administration including financial analysis. Demonstrated project management skills and experience in managing moderate to complex project contracts.
