We are seeking a Food Consolidation Logistics Manager to be responsible for the logistics and quarantine compliance for one of our client sites. This role will be responsible for providing great quality services to meet our clients’ expectations. The Role: Client relations Manage contracts to provide great client services Manage and understand remote environments Manage sub-contractor arrangements Effectively manage the cost of goods and services Lead and manage an effective team Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace Promote and maintain our safety culture Establish and maintain an environmentally sustainable workplace Conduct quarantine audits on red-tag approved suppliers The Person: You will have an in-depth understanding of occupational health, safety and environment and the ability to apply safety principles. Experience in a similar role within the industry Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget Ability to form productive relationships with clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds Proven experience in managing successful teams working knowledge of workplace regulations, including business or degree qualifications Quarantine experience - Blue Tag accreditation preferred Advanced computer skills including word, excel, outlook.
