Your Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Demand and Supply Planner to work within our confectionery division.You will be responsible for end to end demand and supply management for the Lollies category. Key responsibilities include: Maintain and material level demand plan over an 18 month horizon in APO using SAS analytics. Analyse and evaluate the supply plan and net despatch requirements Inventory/ Working Capital management Consistently achieve target Customer Service Levels Determine key issues with volume variance Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information Communicate relevant information to Senior Management What we are looking for in you? Degree-qualified with solid demand and supply planning experience ideally within the FMCG industry. You will already have what it takes to manage financial data, calculate demand, and refine and improve our processes. The right person must be thorough and detailed, with a high level of relationship building and influencing skills. SAP and APO will be highly desirable and advanced excel skills a must, whilst clear and effective communication skills are necessary.
