Located at our Eagle Farm Australian Head Office, reporting to the Operations Manager – APAC the company is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strategically manage the supply chain, by developing and executing business plan initiatives that support the overall company business plan strategies, to achieve sales and gross profit margin KPI’s. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction: Develop, implement, and planning strategy in line with strategic direction of RWC APAC. Maintain knowledge of practices and key trends in all material markets. Inventory management: Conduct and manage planning and inventory activities, costing and pricing strategy and support buying teams on planning activities. Ensure management of inventory by analyzing key performance financials. Analysis and reporting: Analyze reports to inform and influence management on various issues related to buying, stock and sales. Financial: Develop, implement and monitor material forecasts. Supply chain performance: Achieve supply chain targets, including the delivery customer service and optimal stock management and ROI against sales forecasts. Leadership and team: to coach, drive, motivate and lead team members so that they are given performance reviews in line with company guidelines. Collaboration: work collaboratively and communicate proactively with others specifically and not limited to Sales, Finance, Planning, Operations and Suppliers. To be successful you will have: Degree qualified in Supply Chain/Operations or Business is desired 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management roles within a manufacturing environment (desirable) Extensive experience in stakeholder management across diverse functions Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence, manage and develop team members Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal skills An attractive salary package is available for the successful candidate.
