Digital Screen Content & Scheduling Specialist About us: Cartology is the Woolworths Groups new stand-alone media business. The Cartology business was established with the aim of driving sales of in-store, digital and other media properties, whilst making it easier for suppliers to utilise our full range of media assets to deliver relevant messages to both new and existing customers. The role: Working as part of a collaborative team, the Digital Screen Content & Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for collating and scheduling content to the Cartology Digital Screen Networks. Accountabilities: Manage all stages of a Digital Screen Network campaign, from supplying booking details to campaign flight and post campaign reporting Ensure Digital Screen Network content is supplied to Cartology on time and correct to specification Maintain on-going accuracy of Digital Network campaigns delivered through the CMS portal Liaise with the Woolworths Marketing team regarding deployment of their campaign content Be the key day to day contact for any Screen Network content and scheduling queries, both internally and externally, ensuring consistent high service standards are upheld Work with the Cartology Booking team and Inventory Manager to ensure the Screen Network has sufficient campaigns booked Actively tour a sample of Screen Network sites at the beginning of each campaign in-charge Comply with and promote the core values of both Cartology and Woolworths About you: To be successful in this role, it's not about years of experience. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in media, how its landscape is evolving and how Cartology is playing a key part. You will be a natural communicator as you will be dealing with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and partners at all levels on a daily basis; having a background in sales or customer focused working environments would be a definite advantage. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to visually test digital media against a predefined set of specifications and guidelines Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision and guidance Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate at all levels Genuine interest in media and how its landscape will evolve over the next year or two Joining the Group As an inclusive, team-first company, our people are at the core of everything we do.
