We are currently looking for a Purchasing and Export Coordinator for a 3 week temporary assignment, who has experience working within Supply Chain and is able to think outside the square to get the job done! In this role, your key responsibilities will include but won't be limited to: Key User responsibility of Non-Stock Purchasing managing training, system security and process compliance within the company. Execute Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders Assist in managing vendor and supplier selection for Non Stock purchases. Manage Non-Stock Purchase Budgets and Forecasts All aspects of Export Management, including quotation, order management, freight booking & account management. NZ Forecast Attend Daily NSW Operations meeting Identify issues that could impact processes and seek to improve/rectify them with minimal impact to business operations Maintain highest level of customer DIFOT by evaluating and recommending actions to improve on time in full performance to the customer. Any other tasks and responsibilities that may arise due to business demands that falls within the scope of this role Does this sound like you? Min 3 years' experience in a Purchasing / Planning environment. Strong data analysis, critical thinking and logical skills.
