About the Industry Capability Network of Western Australia (ICN WA) Team The ICN WA team play an integral part in connecting and assisting local suppliers with the tendering for mining, construction, infrastructure, defence and other major projects in WA. ICNWA is part of the Industry Capability Network Australia wide. ICNWA utilises the ICN Gateway portal to inform suppliers of the project and the proposed procurement packages for goods and services. About the Role The role is Full-time and offered on a Permanent Basis . In this role you will be leading the ICNWA team in promoting ICN services to all external parties as well as identifying new growth opportunities. Tasks include: Provide high quality supply chain consultancy service; Achieve or exceed individual revenue budget for the financial year and assist team in achieving revenue budget. Promote the services of ICNWA Build a pipeline of new opportunities Proactively develop strong relationships with key members in the allocated industry portfolio Liaise with relevant industry organisations and government departments Co-ordinate the workload for the team manage work performance and conducting performance reviews Monitor team performance targets, workload and delivery Share information / knowledge, and develop and share templates and tools for internal use in consulting work; Coach and mentor less experienced staff About You You would bring the following to our ICN team: Experience and qualifications in procurement, estimating and/or contracting Ability to sustain and form working relationships with major stakeholders and clients and the provision of professional customer service at all times with commercial acumen Excellent report writing and analytical skills Ability to quickly collect, analyse, organise and report on information Ability to meet targets and deadlines; and to multitask and prioritise Responsible for self-management of performance and training requirements necessary to conduct daily tasks Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills Experience in major projects either as a supplier, buyer, Specifier or project manager Business development skills in a consulting environment Competent public speaking skills Ability and experience in leading and managing teams Employee Benefits CCI is committed to developing the skills, abilities and knowledge of each staff member through training and development.
