About the role

This position provides full and complete administrative support to the Merchandise Team for the online shop range.

Reporting to the Category Manager Home & Office and Packaging the Category Administrator Online Shop is responsible for delivering category support, management of all master data, supplier submissions and templates, samples and image management and supporting promotional activities for the online shop range.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate the management of supplier submissions, product samples and images
  • Management of all relevant master data for the online shop
  • Coordinate and facilitate the setup of new products for the online shop
  • Co-ordinate day to day category activities for the online shop
  • Prepare detailed Category and vendor reports
  • Action Category SAP changes including price changes, new product additions and product updates as required.

You will have:

  • Category and Online Shop retailing experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Working experience with SAP
  • High level computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience working as part of a team and at times with little or no supervision
